Amaad: Chef Amaad gave up his highly sought after job in consulting in England to pursue a dream in the culinary arts. He moved “Down Under” and studied in Le Cordon Bleu, Australia. To perfect his skills as a chef, he worked in a 1 Hatted restaurant in downtown Sydney. He then moved to Kolkata where he immersed himself with Aminia’s renowned chefs to learn all about the secret recipes, bringing his own twist and expertise into the mix. A master of his craft, he is now bringing his legacy to Dubai – creating and serving the very dishes that put Aminia on the world map of traditional Mughlai cuisine.
