Shipping & Returns
On receiving an order, shipping usually takes 10-12 working days.
All prices include shipping and packaging.
All orders are custom made and non-returnable.
Returns
Your product is eligible for a return only if:
- You have received an incorrect product/different from what you placed an order for.
- The product is damaged/has any manufacturing defect.
Alterations
Customised products purchased cannot be returned or exchanged. They can only be restored or altered depending on the (physical) limitations of the product at a pre-decided cost which will be shared once the request of alteration/restoration is raised with us over email at prachisardaofficial@gmail.com
Once an alteration is approved, customers are responsible for associated costs.
Products purchased on sale/discount cannot be returned or exchanged.
If eligible, you will have to notify us about returns within 48 hours from the time of delivery.

Refunds
We will issue a refund only once the received product has undergone our quality check.
Returned items must not be worn, washed or altered and should have all the tags intact. PRACHI SARDA holds the right to refuse any return if the product does not comply with the above.
Refunds/exchange will be initiated within 15-30 days of receiving the products. Products purchased on sale/or discount cannot be returned or exchanged and no refund requests will be accepted.
Order Cancellation
Once placed and confirmed by us, the order cannot be cancelled/refunded unless the above reasons apply.
PRACHI SARDA holds every right to cancel an order, at any point of time for any reason whatsoever, in which case, a refund will be issued to the customer. The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account will vary according to your bank/geographical location.
Products purchased on sale cannot be requested for cancellation.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
